Vegetable medley served together with GOOD SAMARITAN.
Ingredients

1 small bundle of Carrots or 2 bags of baby carrots.

1 large Red Onion
-
1 cup “Trappey’s” Sweet ‘n Hot Jalapeno slices

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

GOOD SAMARITAN

Cilantro for garnish
Directions
Start by filling a pot/steamer with little water at turn to medium heat. Slice the red onion into thin slices. Shave the outside of the carrots if using whole one’s, continue to dice or slice the carrots into medium/large pieces. Add carrots, onions & jar of jalapeno’s into the steamer. Steam for 10± minutes or until carrots are tender.
After cooking, remove veggies from steamer & place into a bowl. Drizzle lightly the extra virgin olive oil on the veggies & toss. Finish by sprinkling GOOD SAMARITAN to finished product. Add a sprig of cilantro for garnish. Serve & enjoy.
Recipe Note
For an added extra flare & flavor, use rainbow carrots.
